THE PRODUCT / SIZE I WANT IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT COME BACK?
No, in case a product or size is sold out, it won’t return. We work with an exclusive and limited stock. We offer max 50 editions of each unique item.
When the collection is sold out the website will close for approximately a week. If you apply for the newsletter, you will be the privileged one who receives an unique password. With this password you have the opportunity to get early access to our website where we offer the new collection.
WHAT DOES ONE-SIZE MEAN?
One-size does not mean the item will fit everybody. However, it does mean that the item only comes in one size that has a comfortable fit. The festival t-shirts are one-size and fit humans of 1.60 and 1.90. It all depends on if you love a comfortable and slightly oversized fit. If you are not sure which size to choose do not hesitate to contact us.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping is free for orders above € 60 in the Netherlands. If you are living in the EU there is free shipping for orders above € 150. The shipping costs for orders under these amounts are in the Netherlands € 5 and in the EU € 10. For evening delivery an extra of € 2 will be charged.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on where you live. You will find your delivery details in an email when your package has been sent. In this email you are able to check your shipping status with the track and trace code that is included. For everybody living in the Netherlands, if you order before 15.30, you receive your order within two days. Please note: your order status is not visible at your account on the website.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
Yes, we always aim to make sure you love our items, but if you do need to return an order, we are happy to help. You can exchange your item(s) for free. Returns are charged with € 5 in the Netherlands and € 10 in the EU. You can send your item back in 4 easy steps.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
You will have to order a new item and send your item back using the online retour portal. When there is a price difference between the products we will refund the difference. When your preferred item is not longer available, you can choose another product.
HOW DO I WASH MY ITEM?
Hand wash (cool water)
Ironing at medium temperature
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
WHERE ARE THE ITEMS MADE?
We work closely together with tailors and suppliers from all over the world. Most of our apparel is handmade in Africa. A small part of our production is also based in other countries. We value 100% transparency so we will always communicate where our apparel is made.
CAN I PAY BY USING IDEAL?
Yes, you can pay using IDEAL. Other payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal & Bancontact.
After selecting your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the chosen payment gateway. In case the payment is cancelled or fails, you will be returned to the website and you will see a notification containing the error. From that page you can choose a different payment method or retry.
HOW AM I SURE THAT 15% OF MY PURCHASE WILL SUPPORT LOCAL PROJECTS IN GHANA?
During the year we partner up with non-profit organizations on projects. 15% of the net-profit will be donated to the local projects in Ghana. 15% is a percentage that allows us to contribute real value for the projects we support, set up, and participate in, while still covering our expenses, provide fair conditions to our tailors and helping us grow and reach more people.
